Have you just taken a time out? We have all done that in the past, just stop everything and walk away. Well if you have your OK, there is nothing wrong with you. This is a self time out. Sometimes we all have to do this in order to get though a tough day at work or at home with the teenagers or even maybe just to get a break from life its self. Well in the message I am going to tell you some things that just might help.

You have to be able to want to learn the skills so that you’re able to use them so they will benefit you. All you will have to do is to really sit down and decide what you want to be able to change.What do you want to do that is different from what you are doing now.

What should I do if I want to calm down?
If you decided that, you want to remove your self from the situation then go for a walk. You will find that going for a walk is a good thing for you mentally and physical.. Walking is a great stress reliever as well as a great exercise so when you are walking you are walking to be a better you.

Some people like to just be alone. This also very helpful  This will let you be able to really think about the area that needs work and help you to clarify what will work for you.

There are many others things that you can do to help yourself as well. Maybe you would like to learn how to control your mind so that you are able to think things out before you act. This is a great self-mastering skill.

You may want to talk to some one, this could be a close friend or a family member they might be able to give you some ideas that might be helpful to you. If you find that you’re not getting any help this way then you may want to go to your family doctor.  They may know someone who can assist you. The internet is a fabulous resource also.

What else can I do that might help me learn how to get self-mastering skills?
You might also want to try to go to your local library and learn about yoga this is an exercise that might help you to relax your mind and your body.There are tons of books and CD's available
If you find that yoga isn’t something that you would like to do then there is also mediation. This will help you to be able to control all of your body and mind. These are all good ways to learn so that you can get in control of your self-mastering skills.

What can happen to me if I don’t learn self-mastering skills?
If you don’t want to learn, there is no one who can make you do so, although you will never be in control of your thoughts or your emotions ( this always equals disaster).  We all have these issues and have to work on them every day but we can do it. Sometimes it will just take some time for you to put them to work. We all have the knowledge to learn but most of us don’t use this vital god given skill. Not long ago, I received the following question from one of
my newsletter subscribers:

"I am facing a financial crisis. I have big issues with
money. It is disturbing my mental health and I am not able
to focus on my daily life."

"My wife is also panicking and we are constantly fighting.
She is having a huge anxiety attack on a daily basis."

"Everything is falling apart. Please help. What should I
do?"

Here's my advice...

First, stop thinking and talking about your "financial
crisis". Really! The more you think about it and the more
you talk about it, the "worse" it's going to get.

Instead, form a clear and definite "vision" of *exactly*
what you want your life to look like, financially and
otherwise. If it's a "joint vision" you can both agree upon,
so much the better. Then, focus your thoughts and speech
there from that point on. Again, if you're *both* doing
this, so much the better.

Second, treat your personal finances like a business. When a
business faces a "financial crisis", they essentially have
two choices. One, increase revenue (income). Two, decrease
expenses (outgo). Usually they choose some combination of
the two. What they don't do, if they want to stay in
business anyway, is sit around talking about their
"financial crisis". They *DO* something about it!

There are all sorts of ways to make extra money fast if
you'll but look for them (you won't "see" them if you're
not) and just be eliminating all the financial "waste" in
your life, odds are, if you're anything like most folks, you
can significantly improve your financial situation without
having to "sacrifice" your current lifestyle.

Warning! It's imperative you act from a position of creating
financial abundance, *not* from a position of financial lack
or scarcity.

Third, have faith. Faith you not only can and will realize
your "vision" of what you want, but you *ARE* realizing it
*NOW*.

However, I need to warn you, because this is where most
folks "drop the ball", as it says in the Book of James:

Faith without works is dead!

All the faith in the world without *action* to back it up
will do little, if anything, to improve your financial
situation.

Here's the bottom line...

Whatever you focus on tends to expand in your life.

If your thoughts and actions are focused on "financial
crisis", that's *exactly* what you'll have in your life...
"financial crisis".

Whereas, on the other hand...

If your thoughts and actions are focused on financial
abundance, that's *exactly* what you'll have in your life...
financial abundance.

2. STOP creating riddles that take too long for impatient customers to solve. As your company implements its simplicity strategy, ask yourself five questions:

a. Is this idea simple enough that a kindergartner could understand it?
b. Can this idea be explained in less than ten seconds using less than ten words?
c. How easy will it be for people to repeat this?
d. How much more could you distill the essence of this concept?
e. What three things could be done immediately to make this simpler?

3. STOP rejecting simple. Simplicity isn’t crushing the complicated – it’s eliminating the extraneous. So, start eliminating the unnecessary so the necessary can speak. People will listen.

4. STOP making things bigger than they need to be. Be courageous enough to go with something simple and focused. Your message will have the best chance of getting through (and sticking TO) people.

5. STOP complicating your message. It’s like admitting to your customers that you haven’t reflected upon or extended concern for them. Simplicity, on the other hand, helps customers feel in control.

Ultimately, simplicity IS a valid business strategy.

JUST REMEMBER: The world is loud. People are busy. And they don’t care about you.

Disengage the essential, or live with being ignored.

Did you know that now may be the easiest time ever to create exactly what you want? Why? Because the economy seems to be spinning out of control, and baby-boomers are at a particular stage in their lives. Let me explain…

As an affiliate marketer you can really boost your sales and your customer lists by holding a tele-seminar. A tele-seminar is a great way to reach out to your list members and build-up a trusting relationship with them. And, as you know, this positive relationship helps you to ultimately gain sales and even more list members!

Why a Tele-Seminar and What is It Exactly?

A tele-seminar is simply a meeting over the telephone. To host a tele-seminar you can set one up with a telephone service provider, and have your list members’ call-in to a specific number at a scheduled time.

Once you have the call up and going, you control who is speaking. You can opt to do all the speaking on your calls or have guest speakers. And, if you choose to you can even open up your call-in lines at the end of the call for questions.

Extensive research into this has shown that the best days are Tuesday and Thursday and the best time is about 6pm in the evening when people are home from work. It is best to try to aim for these days and time rather than try to “reinvent the wheel” and test days and times needlessly.

What is Your Call Agenda?

Every tele-seminar needs to have an agenda. To come up with ideas for your calls you need to understand what your list members are looking for and how you can help them achieve it through your call. Is there something you can talk about which will educate them? Can you find a guest speaker who they will be excited to hear from? Think about your list members needs and go from there. And, don’t feel like you have to have tons of things to talk about. A simple 30 minute call about a single topic of interest will suffice.

The basis of your tele-seminar should be to educate your callers. You may wish to sell to them, through your websites and even your guest speakers, but ultimately you want your callers to be learning something and appreciating that you want to give them something of value. It is from this feeling of building a relationship with you that they will purchase from you either immediately or later on down the line.

When you have a guest speaker, you want to really hype them up and sell them – do not sell their products! However, just by listening to them talk, and by your association with them, you will sell their products, and your own, from just simply hosting the call.

Tele-Seminar Call Etiquette 101

You want to handle your call in a professional manner. This means that if you are working from home you want to be in a quite place. You want to introduce yourself and anyone else who is speaking. You want to chat a bit at the beginning about where you are located or something which will help you to connect to your callers. Let your callers know that you all have similar things in common in your lives.

On your sign-up page you should have a nice, professional photo of yourself. You might also want to have an audio clip. This allows your attendees to feel like they know you and have seen and heard you before.

The most important thing you can do for your callers, and your own professional reputation, is to be on time to your tele-seminars. If you are late your business will really suffer over time.

No, Don’t Hang Up!

Studies have shown that most callers will hang-up from a tele-seminar after 10 minutes if they are bored or not learning something. This means that you have 10 minutes from the start of your call to get your callers engaged.

One way to keep callers on the line is by giving them a bit of a hook. To do this you will want to tell them about something which is coming up, and then talk about something different. For instance, if I were giving a tele-seminar I might say that I have an exciting announcement about a new product coming up in a few minutes. Because of the natural curiosity of people, they will stay on the line because they want to know what your new product is. By subtly doing this a few times, you can hold your caller’s attention through the entire call.

Reuse and Recycle Your Tele-Seminars

One of the biggest advantages you have with tele-seminars is that you can reuse them in unlimited ways to further capitalize on their time and effort. You can record your sessions and offer them as MP3 files on your website. You can have them transcribed and converted into eBooks. You can take the resulting eBook and break it down into articles to use for article marketing and SEO. Think of all of the marketing possibilities you can come up with by hosting a single, 30 minute tele-seminar.

Final Thoughts

As you can see, a tele-seminar can be a great addition to your internet affiliate marketing ventures. If you run an affiliate program, you know how time consuming it can be to keep your affiliate center loaded with tools and resources to help your affiliates promote your product or services. It can be a full time job in it's own and quite frankly as a business owner you have other things you need to expend your energy on, on top of your affiliate program.

One way to save yourself some time and keep your affiliates happy and with a constant source of promotional resources is to with the use of PLR articles. There are actually a couple of ways to go about this, so choose the one (or both) that fits your particular program needs the best.

The first way to use PLR in your affiliate program is to use your own PLR articles and rewrite them so they can be used by your affiliates to promote your product or service. This will save you tons of time writing completely original content for them to use. It will also save you money, because PLR articles tend to be much less expensive than hiring a ghostwriter.

Take note of your teeth as well, they could really be distract the interview if you left a piece of meat between your teeth.


On the interview:

• Punctuality matters most. There is a need for you to arrive early for the interview. This would be the best first acts you could do. When you arrive late, this already a move to give your employer a negative impression of you.
• Act as a professional to everyone you get along with or meet. With this approach, you would be able to introduce your self as someone professional, ready to take the challenges in the arena of professions.
• Answer questions with the eye contact to your interviewer. Be attentive when he/she asks question.

After the interview:

• Say thank you to the interview. This is a really great act you could do. This would indeed show that you take the interview as a rich part of your experience.
• Relax and wait for the results.
